Fernhollow is a demonstration store. It exists to show how internal linking works on a real-looking shop, so there is no inbox, phone line or shop address behind this page, and no one monitors messages.

If this were a working shop, this is where you would find our opening hours, an email address for order questions, and a short note asking you to include your order number and a photo of the plant if something arrived damaged. That is still good advice for any plant shop you buy from: a clear photo taken on the day of delivery makes a damaged plant claim quick to sort out.
